渡邉築輝です。
小学生から高校生までは野球漬けの日々を送り、平日も休日も授業中以外は外やグラウンドで過ごした記憶しかありません笑。大学進学後は自由を謳歌できると思いきや勉強とアルバイトの毎日で手いっぱいとなり期待していた生活とは真逆でした。特に3,4年次が一番忙しく卒業研究では「固体電解質LLZ」の研究を、インターンシップでは鹿島建設(株)技術研究所で仕事を1ヶ月体験しました。そこで色んな気づきがあり就職活動では営業職に絞り活動しました。
大学卒業後、積水ハウス(株)に入社し茨城県南エリアで戸建住宅の営業に5年間従事しました。BtoC営業と業界ならではの楽しさや難しさを実感し日本での仕事、社会人生活の基礎基本を学びました。
一方私生活では、学生時代にはできなかった遊びもでき休日も社会人ならではの経験を得ました。
2020年に妻と出会いをきっかけに転職を決意しました。
Nazufiは2021年10月に妻と設立しました。働き方や生活スタイルが多様化する中で自分自身も転職して新しい生活を始めました。そんな頃、2人で社会に向けてできる仕事・活動はないかと考えており、その結果英会話の教育活動を行うことになりました。とても小さな規模ではありますが、その分顧客や周囲の方と親密な関係を築いています。
英会話レッスンでは、純粋に学問の習得は勿論ですが異文化と新たな価値観に出会う機会を提供しています。学校、家庭、職場以外の拠り所となるような居場所(サードプレイス)を目指したいです。

I’m Kizuku Watanabe.
Born in Fukuoka, I was living with my parents there until I graduated from high school.
I started playing baseball in the first grade of elementary school until the summer of my third year of high school.
So, I spent about 10 years on the grounds except for exam seasons.
After entering university, I lived a life centred on studying and working part-time. For my final dissertation, I researched the battery "solid electrolyte LLZ". It was difficult and I couldn't understand much… haha.
After graduating from university, I worked in real estate, in particular detached houses in the southern part of Ibaraki. I did this for aproximately 5 years. During that time, in my private life, I had good memories of getting qualifications, going to English classes, and traveling abroad. These were experiences that were new and exciting to me, and I took pleasure in participating in anything new. Then, when I met my wife, I decided to change my career path and start our lives together.
I then established Nazufi. As my work style and lifestyle has been diversifying since the move, I decided to give back to society, and do something that will help individuals grow. With these thoughts, I started with providing an English Class service that would help and encourage people who want to diversify their lives for the better as I have my own. With many ideas still to come, I hope you can live a more enjoyable life through Nazufi.
